Igbajo Poly Powers Administrative Block with 12KVA Solar Inverter

In a bid to tackle the electricity challenges facing institutions across the country, Igbajo Polytechnic has once again demonstrated its commitment to uninterrupted operations with the commissioning of a 12KVA solar power system for its administrative block.


Coming just weeks after a 5KVA solar system was provided for the Mass Communication Department, the move reflects the institution’s mission to ensure that both academic and administrative activities run smoothly, without disruption from the nation’s persistent power crisis.



The commissioning was officially carried out by the Acting Chairman of the Governing Council, Mr. Segun Olorunsogo, who also spoke on the significance of the commissioning as it will enhance smooth service delivery, while appreciating the management and staff of igbajo Polytechnic for their selfless service,  commitment and dedication to the institution.


 In his remark the Rector, Dr. ganiyu Abimbola Adebisi appreciated the governing Council and Board of trustees for their continuous support while assuring more departments will soon benefit from similar projects to improve  and strengthen the practical knowledge of the students.



Also in attendance at the commissioning are, the Deputy Rector Engineer Monsuru Ade Okandeji, The registrar Mr. Onipede Ezekiel Olayiwola, The Bursar, Mr. Akinlolu Abraham Ojo and other management staff of the institution.
