The Rector of Igbajo Polytechnic, Dr. Ganiyu Abimbola Adebisi, has extended New Year greetings to students, staff, management, and the Igbajo community, while commending the institution’s collective efforts and achievements over the past year.
This was contained in a New Year message released by the institution, Dr. Adebisi applauded the resilience, dedication, and progress recorded by the polytechnic throughout 2025, describing the period as one marked by growth and renewed commitment to academic development.
He expressed appreciation to academic and non-academic staff for their professionalism and hard work, noting that their contributions played a key role in sustaining teaching, learning, and administrative stability. The rector also praised students for their discipline and perseverance, urging them to remain focused on their studies.
Dr. Adebisi further charged all stakeholders to do more in the new year in order to achieve greater academic performance and institutional excellence, emphasizing the importance of unity, innovation, and adherence to academic standards.
The rector also acknowledged the support of the community, describing it as vital to the peaceful and productive environment enjoyed by the institution.
He concluded by wishing the entire Igbajo Polytechnic community a happy and prosperous New Year, expressing optimism that the coming months would bring greater achievements and milestones for
